Based on the trailers weight it appears you are going to have a 4,400LB axle which we currently do not carry in any size. Hey John, it is definitely possible to add brakes to a trailer with torsion axles but it comes down to whether or not the spindles of the trailer axles have brake mounting flanges currently as the biggest hurdle. They can be added but it's a little more involved. Next you'd need to know the axle capacity and the wheel bolt pattern and from there you'd have all info needed to add brakes.

Based on the information I could find on your 2023 Jayco Jayfeather 30QB travel trailer it appears you are going to have 4,400lb axles. You are going to need to verify the diameter of your current axles as some manufacturers like Lippert use a 2-3/8" diameter axle tube and others like Dexter use a 3" axle tube.
If you have a 3" axle the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM-2460-2560 will be the kit you need.

We do have one possible option that will work for your 3,500 lb tandem torsion axles. It is from Dexter, and does require you to have the #10 Torflex axles. David, so we do have a couple of potential lift kit options for your Rockwood travel trailer, but you're going to want to make sure that what you have will work with the kit.
If you have #11 Torflex axles with a 4,100 - 6,000-lb capacity, then the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-724-02 would work great and would lift your trailer 2 7/8".
If you have #12 Torflex axles with a 5,500 - 7,000 lb capacity, then the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-725-02 would work great and would lift your trailer 3 1/8".

Hello Eric. We certainly should have hubs and brakes that you can use on your 2002 Eagle Trailer, but we do not carry any torsion axles here. We currently only deal with leaf spring axles, which do use the same hubs and brakes as the torsion axles. If you can tell me the weight capacity of the axle, I am happy to recommend parts for you. Unfortunately Bill, we are not going to have any parts that will let you keep your current axles. You can either look at getting replacement axles which I can help you find or you can look at installing the more common #42 Spindle # TRU37FR or # TRU39FR on your axle. These would need to be welded in by a shop with an axle jig to ensure they go on perfectly straight. Hi there Chad; there are actually not any 3,500 lb axles with an 89 inch hub face to hub face measurement that does not have spring seats welded on. The ones we offer do have the spring seats welded on at 74 inches apart. That said, if you need spring seats at a measurement different than the 74 inch spacing you can have new ones welded on with the Spring Seat # TRSS238.

You need to use the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-02 since your 2020 Haulmark enclosed trailer has the tandem Dexter #10 Torflex axles. The Lippert Axle Riser Kit # LC382741 you found is only rated for Lippert's square torsion axles. While I do see the measurements are very close for the mounting holes(7-7/8" Lippert, 8" Dexter) each manufacturer does test their own parts for their products. Hello Greg. Generally, yes, shackles are required for any single axle utility trailer. The diagram below will show you the components of a typical single axle setup. You will have shackles on the rear hangers only. This is because as your axle hits bumps in the road it not only gets pushed up, but also back. With the shackle in the back you will have the best ride quality and suspension travel. Without shackles the suspension would likely be quite rough.

The easiest way to confirm which kit you will need is by simply measuring the diameter of your axles. An axle with a 2-3/8" outside diameter tube which is most commonly found on 3,500LB and some 4,400LB axles would use the Kit # K71-384-00 you found.
